Superific! Not.

I don't have much to say other than the fact that i've been on crutches for 3 weeks now!!!, Well i've been off for 2 weeks-Yeah!!! but i still can't climb fully, or play soccer fully, or practically do anything fully.

Message to you guys:

#1--(This is most important) Follow the Next few Rules Carefully
#2--Climb Lots!
#3--Climb Upside down!
#4--But ALWAYS have a Spotter
#5--And Use crash mats if there available
#6--Don't climb if your oober tired
#7--And don't climb an 8 foot cieling upside down with out a spotter or crash mat, especially at night when your tired, and even more so when you have bad knees and you haven't done your excerises on them for a while.

Why?

Because you'll end up with a mangled knee including torn ligaments, crunched cartilidge, bruising under the patella, ruptured tendons, and a big messy problem to deal with for months. And is Sucks. So don't Do it!
